Who we are

Purpose of use

We collect personal information for two purposes only: to answer enquiries sent to us, and to understand how this website is used so we can improve it. We do not use it for anything else.

What we collect

Through the contact form: the name, email address and message text you provide. Through analytics: aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, referring source and approximate region — not linked to any named individual.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Enquiries sent through the contact form stay with Atify.

One disclosure is required by law. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and a Google Ads tag, which means usage data is transmitted to Google as our analytics provider, including to servers outside Japan. Google processes it on our behalf under its own terms. You can prevent this by disabling analytics cookies in your browser or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Retention period

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of our correspondence, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to the standard Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
